TEAM COACHING......
A very unique online diagnostic tool that quantifies in a report how Productive and Positive your team currently is. Trained Team Coaches then debrief your Team Report and this will enable you to explore and determine how your team can be the most effective they can be. There is an option for the Team Coaches to then continue to meet with the team over the following six months to coach and inspire the team to continue to perform at their very best.
TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT WORKSHOPS
All our courses are interactive, different, fun and inspiring. Build capability and skills in leadership, interviewing, coaching, mentoring, communications, teamwork, performance management, influencing, decision making, time management and many more. THEMED CONFERENCES
We can theme your conference around absolutley anything..... for example we could introduce a jungle theme...
- Location could be at London Zoo – be surrounded by animals
- "The jungle drums are beating"....... we could incorporate drumming or tribal dancing as a team building activity
- A snake charmer and limbo dancing to entertain guests over pre dinner drinks.
- A face painter – to create faces of lions, tigers, zebra’s etc etc.
- A treasure hunt in open top jeeps and safari hats! *"I’m a celebrity get me out of here" ......introduce some challenging team activities along the same theme as the TV programme
- Jungle animals invited along to dinner in the evening, a giant gorilla, a giraffe, a tiger etc to be seated with you at your tables
- Safari dress code – and let everyone get creative with their outfits – perhaps a pair of giraffe ear-rings or a camouflage shirt And finally we could theme the room with everything green, balloons, giant leaves, spiders webs together with spiders, parrots, monkeys swinging from the roof, voodoo dolls, snakes and jungle music too·
